HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

After processing your order we will ship out within 3-5 business days and your tracking number will be emailed to you.

Yes, our products are formulated with natural and very effective ingredients. 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR ALL SKIN TYPES?

Yes, our products were formulated to suite all skin types but if you have any specific concerns please be sure to discuss with your physician. Its always best to conduct a patch test.

HOW DO I STORE MY PRODUCTS?

We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive cold and heat. 

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

All of our products have a shelf life of 1 year, but these products were meant to be used up and not stored.

DO I HAVE TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No you do not, but please subscribe to our email list to get the latest information on our products deals and exclusive offers.

I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER!

I RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEMS WHAT DO I DO?

We are sorry about that, Please contact us immediately at contact@karamelbeauty.com, we will send you a return shipping label and send you your correct items.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
